A person with a High BP and Blood Sugar needs to go through a well monitored fitness program. The fitness routine should consist of combined program of Yoga Asana / Pranayam / Satvic Ahar (Diet) / Low intensity Weight Training & Cardiovascular exercise like Brisk walking or a recline Cycle. To begin with you start weights twice a week, Cardiovascular thrice a week and Yoga 3 to 4 times a week which consists of Asanas & Pranayam. The exercises should be monitored by a certified fitness professional and all the essesntial tests and a fitness report with a doctors consent letter should be obtained before you start any of the above fitness program.
